The house sleeps 5 people. Bedroom 1 has queen bed with a built in wardrobe, bedroom 2 has a single bed with a built in wardrobe, bedroom 3 has a single bed with a built in wardrobe plus an extra single bed. Kitchen with all cooking equipment, microwave, kettle, toaster, cook top, large fridge and dishwasher. Complementary tea, coffee and sugar provided.
Pets are allowed, max 1 pet, only outside not inside or on furniture and please be responsible with your pet. Any messes and any holes dug are to be cleaned up before check out. Charges will apply if this is not done.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: All cancellations will incur a $100.00 cancellation fee. If your booking is cancelled 2 months or more prior to your arrival date your deposit will be refunded less the cancellation fee & booking fee. If you cancel your booking within 2 months of your arrival date any refund is subject to us rebooking the property for the same time as your booking. In the event that we are instructed by the owner to cancel your booking a full refund will be made to you.
This policy will apply regardless of Covid 19 .
Covid-19 Cancellations: Reservations made after 14th March 2020 will fall under the relevant Low, High or Peak season cancellation policy. After the declaration of COVID-19 as a global pandemic by the World Health Organisation, COVID-19 and its consequences are no longer unforeseen or unexpected therefore transportation disruptions, border closures, health advisories and quarantines and other government mandates such as evacuation orders, prohibitions on short term rentals, shelter in place requirements and any other COVID-19 or other pandemic related travel disruptions fall under regular cancellation policy.
